Message: This was very informative. I have been working with WFHM in a trial loan mod that they decided in the middle of---was over. They have sent me a default notice and 12,000 bill--all for saving me 3,600 (600/mo). My realtor told me to short sale and hope it sells. She did not mention the aftermath of a Deed in Lieu of Forclosure. I have no debt, will not file BK to keep this tiny home. I don't know what to do. Thanks
